Leibster Award #2

Yay!

What an amazing start to 2016! Happy new year! Some have you may have seen  that the lovely Kate from The Adventures of Kate nominated me for a Leibster award which I am so pleased about. For the last year or so I've felt a bit insecure about my blog and feel that it could be a lot better so I am so thankful for Kate for noticing my blog and then liking it!! Anyway on to the actual post:

Leibster awards are great as they recognise blogs who maybe don't have the following they deserve so here are the rules:

1. thank the person who nominated you, and post a link to their blog.
2. Display the award on your blog!
3. Answer 11 questions about yourself, which will be provided to you by the person who nominated you.
4. Provide 11 random facts about yourself.
5. Nominate 5 – 11 blogs that you feel deserve the award, who have less than 1000 followers.
6. Create a new list of 11 questions for the blogger to answer.
7. List these rules in your post (You can copy and paste from here.) Once you have written and published it, you then have to:
8. Inform the people/blogs that you nominated that they have been nominated for the Liebster award and provide a link for them to your post so that they can learn about it (they might not have ever heard of it!)

Random 11 facts:

1. I am obsessed with garlic! Garlic bread is the best thing ever! But always have a tic tac after!

2. I cried when I saw Taylor Swift at the 1989 World Tour during Shake it Off because I was so sad that it was ending as Taylor is one of my favourite people in the world and I felt so lucky to finally be at one of her concerts after so many years of admiring her.

3. This year I am seeing Tori Kelly, Mariah Carey, Ellie Goulding and Little Mix.

4. I turn 18 in June this year.

5. My friends are my rock.

6. My go to Starbucks drink is a White Chockate mocha frappicino in summer and a gingerbread latte in winter.

7. I have two dogs called Reggie and Ronnie.

8. I would love to live in London one day.

9. I am obsessed with Corries (dizzybrunette3) videos and her blog.

10. I think I'm the only person who hasn't seen every episode of friends but I do love it!

11. I love travelling and would love to go to Nashville someday as I love country music.

My 11 Questions

1. What made you decide to start blogging?

In August 2012 I started watching Tanya Burrs YouTube videos after coming across them on YouTube and I instantly became obsessed and then in July 2013 I finally decided to make my own blog so that I could be involved with this amazing community. I loved how inspiring I found it watching videos and reading posts and I finall felt like I belonged somewhere and found a hobbie I really didn't want to give up!

2. If you could visit one place anywhere in the world, where would it be?

At the minute I would love to go to New York as I love how it looks at this time of year even though it's absolutely freezing.

3. Go-To beauty staple?

Probably concealer and mascara as I really can't live without them. I really feel like my face looks so much better when I've put mascara on.

4. Where are you from?

I am from a little village about 30 minutes outside of Manchester. 

5. Favourite animal?

Definitely either a dog but if it's a wild animal then I love tortoises!

6. What did you want to be as a child when you grew up?

I think I probably wanted to be a pop star! I was obsessed with S club 7 and the X factor and I loved pretending I was on the show!

7. If you were a cocktail, what would you be?

I would have to be a Mojito because it's very sweet but has a little bit of mint!

8. If you could tick something off your bucket list today, what would you choose?

Learn to play a musical instrument.

9. What would your last meal be?

Oooh, I think I would probably have either lasagne or a roast dinner!

10. If you were stuck on a desert island what would you take?

I would take my phone, camera and clean clothes.
